This slide and the next highlight the key features and benefits of the LTC3675. The LTC3675 provides seven switchers and one LDO regulator. It is comprised of two 1A synchronous bucks, two 0.5A synchronous bucks, a 1A synchronous boost, a 1.2A buck-boost, a 25mA always-ON LDO, and a 25mA dual string boost LED driver. If more step-down current is needed, any two adjacent bucks can be combined using a single inductor to provide more output current. For noise-sensitive applications, the switchers have slew rate control. Using the I²C interface the switch slew rates can be reduced, thereby reducing the radiated EMI and conducted supply noise. As the slew rate is reduced, there is a slight drop-off in efficiency but efficiency still remains high.
