Thin-Lead TO-220 FULLPAK
Vishay Siliconix's new Thin-Lead TO-220 FULLPAK package is available for the E Series Superjunction MOSFET product family
Vishay Siliconix has added a new package to its standard TO-xxx line up, the Thin-Lead TO-220 FULLPAK. This package will use our latest E Series Superjunction MOSFET product family. The difference between the standard TO-220 FULLPAK and the Thin-Lead TO-220 FULLPAK is the width and thickness of the leads. The Thin-Lead TO-220 FULLPAK leads have been narrowed. Due to the reduced size of the leads they can be fully inserted into the soldering holes where the body of the package then touches the PCB, thereby reducing the assembled PCB board height by approximately 2.4 mm.
