The 3.2 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.9 mm (LWH) ceramic package with case ground is ideal for noise-sensitive applications and reduces trace lengths. The standard version has a frequency tolerance of ±20 ppm at +25°C and a ±10 ppm option at 12.5 pF CL. It has an available load capacitance of 12.5 pF or 6 pF with an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C.
