CDBZ5T1045-HF Schottky Barrier Rectifier

Comchip's Schottky rectifier, CDBZ5T1045-HF, has a forward current of 10 A and reverse voltage of 45 V. The surface-mount SMC/Z5-T package is leadless, low profile, and ideal for high-speed surface-mount process. The CDBZ5T1045-HF features low power loss and high efficiency, with peak forward surge current of 300 A. The part is REACH and RoHS compliant and halogen- and lead-free.
