CDBZ310200-HF Schottky Rectifier

Comchip's Schottky rectifier, CDBZ310200-HF, has a forward current of 10 A, and reverse voltage of 200 V. The surface-mount TO-277/Z3 package is leadless, low profile, and ideal for high-speed surface-mount process. It also fits onto land patterns of TO-277A/B and SMPC packages. The CDBZ310200-HF features low power loss and high efficiency. The part is REACH and RoHS compliant and halogen- and lead-free.
