The BHWM253 is an RF FEM for a 2.4 GHz ISM band in a miniature 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm 6L-DFN package. It features a simple signal-in/signal-out architecture with integrated switches. An amplifier can be used as LNA with ultra-low 1.8 dB noise figure to improve receive sensitivity or high-efficiency PA to boost transmit power even with small-size coin cell batteries. BHWM253 is fully matched to 50 Ohm at both input and output and requires only one external capacitor.
