RTD Platinum Thin-Film | Datasheet Preview

TE Connectivity’s RTD platinum thin-film elements provide accurate and stable temperature sensing in demanding applications that require fast and reliable feedback. There is a growing demand for temperature sensors that provide high accuracy and precision measurement to be easily designed into new and existing applications. TE’s selection of sizes and standard values are available to meet the growing demand. Their platinum thin-film elements offer a broad temperature range from -200°C to +600°C with low drift and fast response time. It consists of a structured platinum film on a ceramic substrate, passivated by a glass coating. The connection wires are protected with glass on the welding area. The characteristic curve of this Platinum RTD complies with DIN EN 60751. The compact design of the platinum elements allows for easy packaging in custom probes and assemblies.
