With a wide range of options from 25 K to 460 K logic elements (LEs) and high-speed 12.7 Gbps transceivers, PolarFire SoC FPGAs deliver exceptional versatility and The memory interfaces feature a 36-bit DDR4/DDR3/LPDDR4/LPDDR3 memory controller with Single Error Correction Double Error Detection (SECDED) capability.
