Microchip PIC32MZ DA Series MCUs | DigiKey Daily

Microchip’s PIC32MZ DA 32-bit MCUs are the first MCUs to integrate a 2D GPU and DDR2 memory. The MCU is based on a 200 MHz MIP32® microAptiv™ core with a high performance 2D GPU and 3-layer graphics controller, which supports up to 24-bit color depth and has an integrated DMA to offload the CPU. The devices are supported by the MPLAB Harmony Software Framework, including the MPLAB Harmony Graphics Composer, to shorten development time. MCUs are available with integrated DDR2 memory or an interface for up to 128 MB of external memory. PIC32MZ DA also features security, advanced analog, and extensive communications, bringing high performance and high quality interfaces to embedded applications including appliances, home automation, and medical devices.
