Image of YAGEO's Thin-Film Chip Resistors YAGEO thin-film chip resistors are ideal for applications or designs requiring tight-tolerance, low-noise, accuracy, and reliability. With case size ranging from 0201 up to 2512, the RT series covers a wide-range of rated power dissipation. It features a superior temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±10, ±15, ±25 and ±50 ppm/°C, and precision tolerances of ±0.1%, ±0.25%, ±0.5%, ±1% with resistance range from 10 Ω to 1 MΩ.

YAGEO RT series is manufactured using an established thin-film technology in which conductive films are deposited on a ceramic substrate by sputtering. Product sizes range from 0201 to 2512 and resistance values range from 10 Ω to 332 kΩ. They also have the intrinsic benefits of thin-film technology including narrow tolerance values down to 0.05%, low, stable temperature coefficients down to 10 ppm/°C, and excellent high-frequency performance.
