Image of Vishay Barry's ATC Series RF Chip Attenuators Vishay's ATC series are SMD RF attenuators with castellated wraparound terminals and stable RF performance from DC to 5 GHz. ATC series parts are offered in 2010 and 2525 sizes with attenuation values from 0.5 dB to 30 dB and power ratings from 5 W to 30 W. Three different substrate options are offered to accommodate different power requirements, Alumina, AlN, or BeO. To accommodate different application requirements, various terminal metallization options are offered.
