It follows the ease of use and minimum noise criterion for the entire 21x0 driver series, and scores highest in both disciplines. With an additional SPI interface, TMC2130 provides a full set of diagnostics and protection, including the self-sensing load detection stallGuard2, in conjunction with highly flexible current control settings that can be smoothly adjusted to application requirements.TMC2130 is also equipped with the popular open-loop, load-dependent, current control coolStep, and the load-dependent velocity control dcStep.  This product is well able to bring extra speed to 3D printers, office automation, and small robotics, as well as additional features to medical analyzers, X-Y stages, and dental scanners. TRINAMIC’s TMC2130 evaluation kit and a PC-based development environment accelerates application development, prototyping, design optimization, and time-to-market, making resources available as free downloads. In addition, a set of sample source codes and hardware reference designs is available for download and free to use.
