TLP223GA and TLP223J Photo Relays
Toshiba's photo relays are designed for power lines up to 400 V and 600 V with high temperature and low input power
Toshiba's TLP223GA and TLP223J feature an OFF-state output terminal voltage rating of 400 V and 600 V, respectively. Isolation voltage is 5000 VRMS which covers many high-voltage isolation applications. They both offer low input power in addition to improved switching characteristics.
These photo relays come with a hig-efficiency LED developed by Toshiba which has a maximum trigger LED current of 2 mA. Lower switching characteristics (turn-on time, turn-off time) are improved, with tON=1 ms (max) for TLP223GA and tON=0.5 ms (max) for TLP223J.
Maximum operating temperature ratings have been extended from +85°C to +110°C, allowing them to be used in devices designed to withstand the outdoors and in other robust environments.
