STMicroelectronics' STSPIN233 offers a high level of integration and allows three shunt topology and three independent inputs, making it possible to use FOC sensorless algorithm in portable IoT applications. This innovation further improves the quality and user experience of modern IoT applications.
The STSPIN233 device integrates a triple half-bridge low RDS(ON) power stage in a small QFN 3 mm x 3 mm package. The device is designed to allow a significant increase in battery life with standby consumption less than 80 nA. The device offers a complete set of protections including overcurrent, over temperature, and short-circuit.
