ECMFx-40A100Nx Common Mode Filter for USB4 and HDMI2.1

STMicroelectronics' ECMF2-40A100N6 and ECMF4-40A100N10 feature more than 10 GHz bandwidth with optimized common mode rejection at Wi-Fi and BT frequencies (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), combined with a robust +10 kV contact discharge ESD protection.

This 10.7 GHz bandwidth is optimized to filter and protect most recent high-speed links such as USB4 (20 Gbps), HDMI2.1 8K (12 Gbps), and USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps). Thanks to small plastic packages (μQFN-6L and μQFN-10L in 400 μm pitch), ECMF2-40A100N6 and ECMF4-40A100N10 improve the overall performances and robustness of industrial and personal electronics devices. Common mode noise generated from high-speed data lines, which create BT and Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz to 5.0 GHz bands antenna de-sense, is totally suppressed.
