Aluminum Enclosures

Rose's aluminum enclosures are specifically designed for rugged electronic instrumentation applications.

The standard aluminum enclosure includes a powder-coated die-cast base and lid, captive stainless-steel lid screws, and a gasket for a watertight compartment to house the application. Integrated mounting points allow for the installation of PC boards, terminal blocks, or DIN rail. The Rose tongue-and-groove gasket design has been widely adopted and has become the industry standard for allowing ingress protection to IP66. The gaskets can be upgraded for environments that have high temperature, RFI, or chemical resistance requirements.

This series has clean lines and smooth round corners for a high-tech, modern look, and comes in more than 40 sizes, ranging from 45 mm x 50 mm x 30 mm to 600 mm x 600 mm x 200 mm. Die-casting ensures the maintenance of accurate tolerances on all boxes.
