IVS-167 Analog Radar Sensor

InnoSenT's IVS-167 radar sensor is a K-band transceiver for industrial and traffic applications. It is also used for level measurement detection.

It operates within the 24 GHz ISM band and supports different modulation types like FMCW and FSK. Depending on the chosen modulation type, the radar sensor provides different information.

In FSK mode the radar sensor offers exact distance measurement results. As an FMCW radar module, the detection of moving and stationary objects is possible. Thanks to its stereo (dual-channel) operation, the identification of movement direction is possible. The IVS-167 can capture the speed, movement, direction, presence, and distance of objects. The product supports a duty cycle mode for battery applications.
