MHF®-TI Robust Miniature RF Micro-Coax Product Series

The MHF-TI series from I-PEX addresses the growing demand for connectors that combine RF performance with rugged mechanical reliability – particularly in environments subject to vibration, shock, and thermal extremes. The MHF-TI features a mechanical lock that ensures secure mating with a tactile indication of secure contact. It provides a minimum retention force of 90 N and is well suited for all ruggedized wireless communication systems today. Some key applications are telematic control units (TCUs), vehicle-to-everything (V2X), infotainment systems, and camera modules/sensors in automotive and industrial platforms. The MHF-TI is engineered to deliver consistent performance in a robust and compact footprint, supporting frequencies up to 6 GHz.
