Vela IF310 Module for Classic Bluetooth® and LE Audio Innovation

The Ezurio Vela IF310 Bluetooth module is designed to help product developers bridge the gap between proven Bluetooth classic designs and the rapidly expanding world of LE audio, without redesigning their entire platform. Built on the Infineon AIROC™ CYW55310, the Vela IF310 integrates Bluetooth classic (BR/EDR) and the complete Bluetooth Core 6.0 LE feature set in a compact, industrial-grade module optimized for reliability and performance.

By supporting LE audio with the LC3 codec, isochronous channels, and Auracast™ broadcast audio, the Vela IF310 enables new audio experiences such as multi-stream audio, broadcast audio, and low-power wireless sound, while still maintaining compatibility with legacy Bluetooth classic profiles like HFP and A2DP.

At the heart of the module is a 192 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCU with integrated TrustZone® and CryptoCell-312 security, providing a robust foundation for secure wireless connectivity in medical, industrial, and commercial environments. Rich audio interfaces including dual TDM/I²S and PCM support advanced audio routing and multi-stream use cases, while programmable output power up to +10 dBm delivers Class 1 range when required.

The Vela IF310 is engineered for flexibility at both the hardware and software levels. A single 12 mm × 16 mm footprint is available with multiple antenna options, including an integrated antenna, MHF4 connector, or RF trace pin, simplifying design reuse across product variants. On the software side, developers can choose between hosted MCU, hosted MPU (Linux®/Android™), or hostless standalone architectures using Infineon ModusToolbox®, enabling faster development and reduced integration risk.

Designed to operate reliably from -40°C to +85°C, the Vela IF310 is well suited for mission-critical applications where downtime is not acceptable.
