Image of Diodes' AP7380 regulator Diodes' AP7380 is an ultra-low quiescent current (micropower) wide input voltage range (up to 24 VIN) low dropout regulator. This, combined with its high accuracy (1% tolerance) makes it ideal for use in various USB power, portable devices, and industrial applications.

The AP7380 is available in 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 4.15 V, 4.4 V, and 5.0 V fixed output voltage versions. All are available in SOT25 (with and without enable) and SOT89 (without enable) packages in green molding and are RoHS compliant.

  • Wide input voltage:
    • 3.5 V to 24 V covers 5 V, 9 V, and 12 V power rails with good transient withstand
  • Wide fixed output voltage variants cover standard I/O voltage levels
    • 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 4.15 V, 4.4 V, and 5.0 V
  • Low quiescent current at 1.8 μA
    • Extends battery life and minimizes standby power in low-power systems
