Image of Diodes' AP7380 regulator Diodes' AP7380 is an ultra-low quiescent current (micropower) wide input voltage range (up to 24 V_IN) low dropout regulator. This, combined with its high accuracy (1% tolerance) makes it ideal for use in various USB power, portable devices, and industrial applications.

The AP7380 is available in 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 4.15 V, 4.4 V, and 5.0 V fixed output voltage versions. All are available in SOT25 (with and without enable) and SOT89 (without enable) packages in green molding and are RoHS compliant.
