PTR Series Hinged Plastic Enclosures

Bud Industries’ PTR series of plastic enclosures are made of affordable ABS plastic, giving designers a low-cost option for indoor applications while still offering durability and strength. They are all plastic, including the hinges and latches, for applications that need a non-metallic enclosure, such as Wi-Fi and RF controls, or where corrosive chemicals are present. Other common applications include controls for lighting, machinery, and building access. The enclosures boast an IP67 rating, keeping designs safe from factory washdowns and dust. Models with clear polycarbonate plastic covers allow displays to be read without opening the box and without the need for cutouts that need to be gasketed.
