REF2500 Handheld Shaker Kits

Amphenol Wilcoxon’s ReferenceMate portable vibration reference source is a handheld shaker. It quickly and easily checks the operation and setup of accelerometers and velocity sensors in the field, providing confidence in the entire measurement chain while verifying sensor performance and the integrity of cable connections between the sensor and data acquisition system. It delivers a consistent 1 g acceleration regardless of sensor weight (up to 250 grams) with user-selectable frequency set points (61.4 Hz, 100.0 Hz, and 159.2 Hz) to eliminate conversions between imperial and metric units for acceleration, velocity, and displacement. The user can choose a frequency of 61.4 Hz for imperial measurements with 1 g (acceleration) equivalent to 1 in/second (velocity), 100 Hz to simulate standard calibration conditions, or 159.2 Hz for metric measurements with 9.81 m/sec² (acceleration) equivalent to 9.81 mm/sec (velocity). The ReferenceMate handheld shaker comes with a ruggedized boot to protect against impact and drops, AA batteries, a carrying case, a 1/4 to 28 stud, a D-clip carabiner, and a wrench. Optional universal mounting kits are available with mounting hardware for every application including a suite of metric mounting options.
