S-UM65xx High-Voltage Analog Switches The ABLIC S-UM65xx is a low-charge-injection, 32/64-channel, single-pole single-throw (SPST), high-voltage analog switch IC operated only by a single 5 V for ultrasound imaging applications. The S-UM65xx has a ±100 V analog signal range, allowing up to ±150 V voltage overshoot.
