The ABLIC S-19317/8 series voltage regulator with reset function achieves a self-current consumption of 3.0 μA typical, which is optimal for reducing the standby consumption of ECU. In addition, the enable (EN) pin allows the entire IC to be put into standby mode.

The S-19317/8 series support 250 mA and 500 mA output currents and are available in high-power dissipation packages, allowing customers to choose the ideal regulator that fits their specific application.
