Submit a Request

This form allows you to exercise your privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have one or more of the following rights described in this Privacy Rights Request Form, such as the following:

• Request your personal information
• Delete your personal information
• Request a correction
• Opt out of the sale, sharing, or targeted advertising of your personal information

Request we provide your personal information in a readily usable format, to the extent technically feasible.

I. Request Your Personal Information

Certain state privacy laws provide you with the right to request access to the personal information we have collected about you. Upon a verifiable request, we will provide you with the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, as required by applicable law.

II. Delete Your Personal Information

Certain state privacy laws provide you with the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions. Upon a verifiable request, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct our service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies.

III. Request a Correction

Certain state privacy laws provide you with the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. Upon a verifiable request, we will correct your personal information as directed, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of processing.

IV. Opt Out of The Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising of Your Personal Information

Under certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and others, residents have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, including sharing for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising (also known as targeted advertising). This includes the use of third-party tracking technologies for advertising purposes. A "sale" may include the transfer of personal data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, as defined under certain laws. These laws also recognize that certain transfers of personal information are not sales. For example, providing personal information to a "service provider" (as defined in CCPA) is not a "sale" under CCPA (subject to complying with certain requirements).

V. Other Rights

In some states, you may have additional rights to opt-out of specific types of data processing. This might include the right to opt-out of the processing of sensitive personal information, such as health or biometric data, and the use of automated decision-making, including profiling, that has significant legal or similarly consequential effects. You also may have the right to obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal information. To the extent DigiKey engages in such processing, you may exercise those rights through this form.

VI. How to Submit a Request

You may submit a privacy request by completing this form. You may also submit your opt-out request by calling 855-820-1186 or by privacy@digikey.com. For opt-out requests related to the sale and sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, you may also opt out through the use of cookies by blocking cookies on your browser and adjusting your mobile device privacy settings in the Cookie Preference Center. If we deny your privacy request, you may appeal that decision by emailing privacy@digikey.com or calling 855-820-1186.

VII. Use of Authorized Agents

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may submit a request using an authorized agent only if you provide the authorized agent with written permission to make a request for you. We may require that an authorized agent provide us with proof that it is authorized to act on your behalf.

VIII. Important Information About Opt-Out Preferences

We identify your device with local storage so when you visit our site again, we can continue to honor your request. If you clear out local storage on your device, we have no way of identifying your device as having requested the opt-out right so you will need to resubmit your opt-out request. You should complete an opt-out request on each device and browser you use to access our site so we can associate the request with each device and browser.
