Image of TDK High Voltage MLCCsWith a rated voltage of 1000 V to 3000 V for high-voltage applications, TDK's multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCC) use ceramic dielectric thin-layer and multi-layering technologies to offer capacitance to the industry’s highest levels in the high-voltage range.

These products feature C0G, X7R, and X7S temperature characteristics (operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C), making them ideal for use in higher temperature circuit requirements. Additionally, TDK’s high voltage MLCC’s feature substantial AC and DC breakdown voltage capabilities to ensure reliability in the higher voltage applications.
