Image of Analog Devices' ADG5462 4-channel fault detection and protection ADI's ADG5462 contains four channels of overvoltage protection when powered and unpowered. The device is placed in series with the signal path to protect components downstream from damage. Voltage can be supplied from either a dual supply of ±5 V to ±22 V or a single supply of 8 V to 44 V. The ADG5462 comes in a 16-TSSOP that has an operational temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is ideal for communication, avionics, and test equipment.
